Badge is done working around the starting chain.

Use MC.

R1: ch 5, 2 sc to 2nd ch from hook, 2 sc, 4 sc into last ch, 2 sc, 2 sc to first ch [12]
R2: 2 inc, 2 sc, 4 inc, 2 sc, 2 inc [20]
R3: sc, 3 sc in next st, 6 sc, 3 sc in next st, 2 sc, 3 sc in next st, 6 sc, 3 sc in next st, sc [28]
R4: 2 sc, 3 sc in next st, 8 sc, 3 sc in next st, 4 sc, 3 sc in next st, 8 sc, 3 sc in next st, 2 sc [36]
R5: 3 sc, 3 sc in next st, 10 sc, 3 sc in next st, 6 sc, 3 sc in next st, 10 sc, 3 sc in next st, 3 sc [44]
R6: sl st with SC, 3 hdc, inc hdc, 12 hdc, inc hdc, 8 hdc, inc hdc, 12 hdc, inc hdc, 5 hdc where last one is made in first slst, slst [48]

Fasten off and hide the yarn ends.

Fire Engine

R1: with red ch 10, sc to 2nd ch from hook, 8 sc, turn [9]
R2: ch, 9 sc, turn [9]
R3: ch, sc, with pink 5 sc, with red sc, with cyan 2 sc, turn
R4: ch, 2 sc, with red sc, turn
R5: ch, 3 sc

Fasten off all yarns and leave trails for sewing. Sew in place.

Wheels

R1: with black, 4 sc into magic loop, slst

Make two tires and sew them partially on top of the fire engine.

Ladder

R1: with black, ch 3, sc to 2nd ch from hook, sc
R2: with gray ch 7

Ladder should rest on top of the fire engine cabin, so adjust gray chain length if needed. Sew in place.
