Badge

Badge is worked as two half circles sewn together.

Use MC1.

Fasten off. Repeat 1-7 with MC2. Sew halves together using tail from the blue part.

R1: attach pink to any sc, ch, (inc hdc, 6 hdc) x6, slst [48]

Fasten off and hide the yarn ends.

Sand Castle

R1: with yellow, ch 4
R2: sc to 2nd ch from hook, 2 sc, hdc, turn [4]
R3: ch, 2 sc, ch

Fasten off and sew in place. Sew red flag on top of the castle.

The Sun

R1: with yellow, 4 sc into magic loop, slst

Sew in place and use the tail to sew sun rays.

The Umbrella

Making this small piece with many yarns can be quite a mess. You can make corrections and tuck the stitches as needed when sewing in place.

R1: with red ch 3, sc to 2nd ch from hook, slst to last ch with yellow, turn
R2: ch, hdc to red sc, turn
R3: with white ch, hdc, slst to yellow ch with purple, turn
R4: ch, hdc

Fasten off and sew in place using tails.

Sew the umbrella pole with dark blue.
