Use MC.

R1: 3 sc into magic loop [3]
R2: 4 sc in each [12]
R3: 2 sc, (4 sc in next st, 3 sc) x2, 4 sc in next st, sc [21]
R4: 4 sc, (4 sc in next st, 6 sc) x2, 4 sc in next st, 2 sc [30]
R5: ch 2, 5 dc, (2 dc, 2 sc) in next st, 9 sc, 4 sc in next st, 9 sc, (2 sc, 2 dc) in next st, 3 dc, slst to 2nd ch [39]
R6: with SC slst, 6 hdc, (4 hdc in next st, 12 hdc) x2, 4 hdc in next st, 5 hdc where last one is made to the slst, slst [48]

Fasten off and hide the yarn ends.

Seven-pointed Star

R1: with yellow, 7 sc into magic loop, slst
R2: (ch 3, slst to 2nd ch from hook, sc, slst to next st) x7

Sew in place.

Super Squirrel S

R1: with red ch 12

Pin the chain to the badge to form an S shape. Sew in place.
